1 cup salted butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy
Add in eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth and completely combined.
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour until everything is fully incorporated.
Add in your semi-sweet chocolate chips and store your dough in the refrigerator for 24 hrs
When baking the cookies, preheat your oven to 360 degrees and drop small rounds of dough onto a greased baking sheet, bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake.
Let cookies cool at least 5 minutes before serving.
