Blueberry Sauce

1 1/2 CUPS OF FRESH BLUEBERRIES, WASHED + DRIED
2 TABLESPOONS OF FRESH ORANGE JUICE 
1/4 CUP OF WHITE SUGAR 
1 1/2 TEASPOON OF CORNSTARCH 
A PINCH OF CINNAMON
A PINCH OF GROUND CLOVES 

In a small sauce pan over the stove, bring all ingredients to a boil. Stir often and cook for 2 minutes. Let cool, then serve over pancakes, waffles, or french toast. Add powdered sugar for garnish.
