BUTTERMILK FRENCH TOAST

1 EGGS 
1 CUP OF BUTTERMILK 
1 TABLESPOON OF SUGAR 
1 TABLESPOON OF BROWN SUGAR 
1/2 TEASPOON OF SALT 
1 TEASPOON OF GROUND CINNAMON 
2 TABLESPOONS OF BUTTER 
DASH OF VANILLA 

Heat a skillet over medium-heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Place bread in toaster for just a few minutes to harden slightly, then dip both sides into the liquid mix. Place 2 tablespoons of butter into the pan, then add the bread. Let both sides of the toast become golden brown. Top with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
